What makes Erin’s approach unique is her integration of CranioSacral Therapy alongside therapeutic massage, using each when the body calls for it.
Sometimes the body needs direct muscular work. Other times, it needs a gentler approach to help the nervous system settle first. Combining these approaches lets each session respond to what the body actually needs, rather than following a fixed routine.
Every body is different. Every session is different.
Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, emotional stress, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, therapeutic massage can help you feel more grounded, more open, and more at ease.
Healing starts when the body feels safe enough to let go.
Sessions are tailored to your body’s unique needs and may include focused deep tissue work, gentle release techniques, and nervous system support.
Your session begins with a conversation about what you are experiencing, where you are holding tension, and what your goals are.
From there, Erin will work with your body using a customized blend of therapeutic massage and, when appropriate, CranioSacral techniques. Some sessions may focus more deeply on muscular tension, while others may prioritize calming the nervous system to allow deeper release.
The goal is not just temporary relief, but lasting change through helping your body unwind its patterns naturally.
Therapeutic work can involve deeper pressure when needed, but it should always feel productive, not overwhelming. Erin works with your comfort level.
Therapeutic massage is more focused on addressing pain patterns, mobility restrictions, and chronic tension rather than general relaxation.
Yes. Depending on your body’s needs, sessions may include both to support deeper healing.
This depends on your goals, symptoms, and how long the issue has been present. Some clients benefit from a few close sessions, while others come in for maintenance.
You are welcome to undress to your level of comfort. Most clients disrobe to their undergarments, but you are always fully draped and only the area being worked on is ever uncovered. If your session is CST Focused then loose clothing is prefered.
