Focuses on the Interconnectedness of the Mind, Body and Spirit
The body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the proper tools and support. This approach emphasizes the importance of consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods, while also taking into account lifestyle factors, emotional well-being, and environmental influences.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients to identify what is working well and building upon that foundation. By adopting an additive approach rather than a subtractive one, new habits can be established, allowing less supportive habits to naturally diminish.​​

Working together we will track your eating habits, sleep cycles and digestion so we can see the patterns that need to change. I will then create a personal holistic nutrition recommendation for you that includes lifestyle and supplementation recommendations. As you start to implement these changes we will work together to track how your body is responding and fine tune your plan.

Everyone has unique challenges and different ways of learning and integrating changes. I find it best to design a plan together based on how ready you are to make changes and how much support you need. Some people like to check in weekly, some monthly and some would like help getting started.

What works best for you?
I avoid selling nutrition packages because I know for myself I have signed on to do something and then realized it wasn't a good fit, so I prefer my clients to go at the pace that works for them. So ask yourself, How do you best make changes? Do you like to jump right in or go slow?
Do you need daily support to make changes? ​Do you like to be given homework and be held accountable or do you follow through with your goals?
Cost:​
To get started we need at least two appointments together.
The first two appointments are $150 each:

The first appointment we will do a 60 minute intake.
Then you will track your meal and lifestyle patterns for two weeks, once I review it, I will make your personal Holistic Nutrition Recommendation.

​The second 60 minute appointment we will go over any questions you have and discuss when you can start.
​
Followup appointments are $100 each:
I find that my clients often want to continue with weekly or biweekly appointments to be held accountable as they integrate these changes.
